Have you considered applying for a fellowship this fall? The NSF's Graduate Research Fellowship Program supports outstanding graduate students in NSF-supported science, technology, engineering, and mathematics disciplines who are pursuing research-based master's and doctoral degrees. If you are interested in the GRFP opportunity, we encourage you to attend the Graduate Research Fellowship Program Virtual Workshop on Thursday, August 5th from 2:00-3:30 pm CT via Zoom.

UI GRFP fellows will share tips and tricks for developing a competitive proposal, Grad Success staff will be there to go over fellowship components, criteria, and resources, and faculty mentors will be available to discuss your questions about the NSF GRFP.

Register for the NSF GRFP Virtual Kickoff Workshop.

Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to attend all University of Iowa–sponsored events. If you are a person with a disability who requires a reasonable accommodation in order to participate in this program, please contact Vivian Sheridan in advance at 3194671892 or vivian-sheridan@uiowa.edu
