Antonio Bianchi [Now at Purdue] is an Assistant Professor in Computer Science at the University of Iowa. He received his Ph.D. at University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). His main research interest lies in the area of Computer Security, with a primary focus in the field of security of mobile devices. In particular, he is interested in identifying novel security issues in these devices and applying both static and dynamic analysis techniques to detect vulnerable and malicious mobile apps automatically. He is also interested in developing new methods to analyze compiled binary code. More recently, he started exploring the security issues posed by IoT devices and their interaction with mobile applications.

Rishab Nithyanand is an Assistant Professor in Computer Science at the University of Iowa. Before joining the faculty at UIowa, he was a Ford-Mozilla Open Web Fellow at the Data & Society Research Institute (2017-18). He obtained his Ph.D. from Stony Brook University. His research interests are in the areas of security, privacy, and Internet measurement. More specifically, he enjoys research geared towards defending anonymity, understanding Internet censorship, measuring aspects of the advertising and tracking ecosystem, and generally understanding the impact of the Internet on the sociopolitical realities of today. In the past, he dabbled in usable security and computer theory.
