Interested in learning more about computer science, technology, and software in a fun and friendly environment?

ACM@UIOWA is the local student chapter of the International Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), one of the oldest and largest professional organizations in tech. We promote computing and technology in a fun and casual environment and serve as the premier Computer Science student organization at Iowa (of course, students of all majors are welcome to join!).

Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) @UIowa is partnering with representatives from State Farm Enterprise Tech to host an informational session on State Farm tech Internship programs on Wednesday, Sept. 18 from 6 to 7 p.m. in 22 Schaeffer Hall.

Don't miss out on this opportunity to hear from Joseph Rainville, a senior SWE at NVIDIA in our third ACM meeting! He'll be available over zoom to answer any questions you may have about the SW industry, what it's like to work at NVIDIA during the AI craze, and experiences as an Iowa alum.

If you're planning on coming and would like to ask a question anonymously, please add your question to this google poll. Otherwise, feel free to just speak up during the meeting. As always, there will be pizza.

Those who are not ACM@UIOWA members should go to Chapter website for more information and to join!
