Interested in learning more about computer science, technology, and software in a fun and friendly environment?

ACM@UIOWA is the local student chapter of the International Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), one of the oldest and largest professional organizations in tech. We promote computing and technology in a fun and casual environment and serve as the premier Computer Science student organization at Iowa (of course, students of all majors are welcome to join!).

This week's Association for Computing Machinery meeting will be a fun one! We will have our meeting in the ESPORTS ARCADE IN THE IMU!!! This can be found at G335 Ground floor of the IMU (See this link for more info).

This will be a great follow up to our last meeting about creating projects and games. There will be plenty of opportunities to collaborate on starting your own projects and meet people who want to do the same. We think that the environment will provide a lot of inspiration for everyone. Of course, there will also be lots of gaming, socializing, and casual fun too. So whether you're looking to network and begin something new, or unwind after a long week, this is the meeting for you!

As always, there will be pizza — however, food cannot be brought inside so it will be available nearby.

Those who are not ACM@UIOWA members should go to Chapter website for more information and to join!
