The WECode (Women Engineers Code) Conference is organized by undergraduate women at Harvard University and WECode Tech Fellows as part of the Harvard Undergraduate Women in Computer Science initiative.

Join us this spring for the WECode Conference, held annually on the Harvard campus in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Taking place from February 22-23, 2025, WECode is the largest student-run conference for women in tech worldwide. The event offers undergraduate students a unique opportunity to connect with industry leaders and peers in the tech space.

WECode’s mission is to empower each attendee to envision a brighter, more innovative, and more inclusive tomorrow in tech.

Since its founding in 2014, the WECode conference, organized by Harvard Undergraduate Women in Computer Science, has been committed to inspiring and empowering the next generation of women in STEM. Each year, WECode brings together opportunities to connect with industry leaders, network with fellow attendees, and engage with trailblazers in the field.

Past keynote speakers have included influential figures like Maria Klawe, Barbara Liskov, and Sheryl Sandberg. Attendees also benefit from mentorship circles, interactive workshops, mock interviews, and an exclusive career fair tailored to help them advance in their tech careers.
