Rishab Nithyanand is an Assistant Professor and Emeriti-Faculty Scholar in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Iowa where he leads the SPARTA lab. He also holds a courtesy appointment in the College of Law and co-directs the Center for Publics, Platforms, and Personalization (CP3). His research is broadly in the areas of privacy and social computing.

Dr Oliveira is a Professor of Computer Science working on interdisciplinary research in scientific computing and machine learning with applications ranging from Engineering to Biology. She has joint appointments in Mathematics, Applied Math (AMCS) and Informatics. She is the main leader of the Optimization, Machine Learning and High-Performance Computing Group in collaboration with Mathematics.

Sriram Pemmaraju is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Iowa. His research interests are in theoretical computer science, more specifically in the foundations of distributed graph algorithms. He is also interested in algorithms and optimization applied to computational epidemiology.
